How Are We Different?

  • Patience. We have systems in place to make the buying and selling process as quick and efficient as possible, but sometimes you just need more time to make your final decision. Whether that means seeing more houses or sleeping on it, we care more about you being comfortable than anything else. You can't rush perfection!
  • Education. With out background as a former Nurse in one of the biggest hospitals in Denmark, and a Corporate Sales Trainer of a multi-national company, it was Lykke & Katie’s jobs to train and educate. That passion is now directed at you. Real Estate isn't rocket science but you can't be expected to understand how everything works. We're here to explain the in's and out's and guide you along the way.
  • Authenticity. We are who we are in all situations and being genuine is one of our core values. What you see is what you get.
  • Fun. Looking at houses is usually a super fun and exciting experience. Lykke has a real sense of attention to detail and Katie has taken interior design and home staging courses, so we can help you envision the spaces we'll tour as your own. We'll also have some laughs along the way!
